If delivered items exhibit obvious material or manufacturing defects—including damage incurred during shipping—please report such defects immediately to us or to the employee of the shipping service provider who delivers the items. However, failure to report such defects has no impact on your statutory rights.

If you opt for a repair instead of a replacement for a defective product, the statutory warranty period against the seller is extended once, from two to three years, in accordance with legal provisions.
