The leather fiber material known as "Lefa" (made from leather remnants and natural latex) is predestined for use as a writing surface: It has a "warm" feel, is highly flexible (so cannot crease) and, thanks to its hydrophobized surface, is insensitive to water (it nevertheless leaves stains) and largely resistant to (greasy) grip marks. The surface yields slightly when writing, making it pleasantly soft to write on. Our Lefa writing pad is characterized by a particularly generous material thickness of four millimetres.
