General Information

Easy to use. Intense effect

This fascia roller from Styleholz has handles, so it is much easier to use than the usual cylindrical ones that you roll your body over. With the Woodstick you can work the neck, back, arms and legs well by rolling the fascia roller with individual pressure over the respective body parts. Thanks to the rotating rollers, the pressure is optimally distributed in the fascia and muscle tissue. So you can massage gently on the one hand; in case of hardening or deep-seated tension, you simply increase the pressure according to your sensation and work the respective muscle areas more intensively.

Sports equipment from Styleholz. Sustainably and regionally produced

Sports and training equipment made of wood or other natural materials are not a matter of course. Designed purely for function, they are often made inexpensively from plastic. A circumstance that the former competitive athlete Paul Seyringer not only regretted during his active time, but also motivated him to become active himself. In his company Styleholz, he now develops and manufactures training equipment himself that meets his requirements: sustainably and regionally produced, with well thought-out functionality and appealing design.
For the designs of the Styleholz® equipment, however, it is not only his own training experience and enthusiasm for functional sports equipment that benefit him. As the scion of a family business that has been involved in the processing of wood for generations, the Austrian was, in a sense, born with a love for this valuable raw material. Therefore, wood is naturally the first choice as a material for the articles. It comes from Austrian forests.

Invisible network. Fasciae

Fasciae run through our entire body like connective tissue sheaths and surfaces. They surround all muscles and organs and ensure that they can be moved against each other and that everything stays "in shape". The fasciae form a separate system which, as part of the musculoskeletal system, holds our body together, can transmit muscle force and can therefore pass on information to the brain via movements and pain. Due to overloading, injuries or misalignments and lack of movement, the fascia can stick together and harden or twist, which can lead to muscle tension, sometimes far from its origin. Training and massage of the fascia can prevent this.

Stay supple. With fascia training

In everyday life, a lot of movement and intensive stretching are already part of fascia training, which you can start in the morning with extensive stretching. For targeted fascia training, it is best to use fascia rollers or balls - some of you may already be familiar with them from your physiotherapy practice or yoga class. They make it possible to "work" the fascia and tissue in the various parts of the body directly so that they can relax and remain elastic. The fascia rollers and balls are available in different sizes and shapes so that you can effectively "roll and roll through" almost any part of the body with the right one.
