Thanks to the combination of alpaca and virgin wool, this women’s knit sweater is not only exceptionally warm and temperature-regulating but also incredibly supple. Recycled polyamide and spandex make the knit more durable and provide the necessary flexibility and shape retention. The use of multi-colored yarns creates a beautiful melange effect, which—together with the textured, lattice-like knit pattern—gives the sweater a lively look. The sweater features ribbed cuffs on the sleeves and body. The V-neck is finished with a ribbed trim.

The work of fashion label Lanius is influenced by three factors: first, a style characterised by sophisticated designs and forms, secondly the use of certified raw materials and thirdly the guarantee that all garments have been produced under fair working conditions. Depending on the garment, one factor may get centre stage, but the other factors don’t move out of the focus – however, importance is always attached to outstanding quality both in terms of materials and finish. The label was founded in 1999 by Claudia Lanius, who works on all her ideas and designs in her Cologne studio; she has them developed by her team and then assembled by producers in several countries.
