This can comes from Turkey, a country traditionally famous for its metal-work and with a plentiful supply of raw materials – for example copper, a very stable metal and one that develops over time a good-looking protective patina. The spout has been placed rather nearer the bottom of the can for the sake of balance and ease of pouring.
