Behind the label Moismont, based in Picardy, France, are Martine and Jacques de Moismont. With their fashion, the two stand up for authenticity, traditions and values. It is therefore not surprising that in their scarves and stoles, blankets and bags France and India come together: The designs come from Parisian textile designer Adrien Testard, while they are made in a very traditional way in India. After all, the original shawl (which we understand to be worn more like a stole) once found its way from the Indian subcontinent to Europe.
