The tall tealights are also known as "compartment candles" in Sweden because they were once used as a light source in the lanterns of train compartments. These candles are molded from pure stearin without palm oil and, with a diameter of 38 millimetres, fit into any standard tea light holder (and of course still into a lantern). The tea lights spread soft candlelight for up to eight hours and are therefore ideal for lighting up Advent wreaths, table and Christmas decorations in an atmospheric light.

Liljeholmens has been producing candles of consistently high quality in Sweden since 1839. Five subsidiaries now belong to the Liljeholmens Group, which operates throughout Europe. Liljeholmens' illustrious clientele has always included the Swedish royal family - however, it is not the royal esteem that convinces us of the candles, but the company's renunciation of kerosene (a by-product of petrochemicals) and its focus on renewable raw materials.
