High-quality fair trade ingredients, a traditional recipe and careful craftsmanship - these are the three secrets behind these irresistible chocolate truffles. They melt delicately on the tongue and quickly fill the whole mouth with their delicious taste. The "Tartufi" come from the Confetteria of the Libero Mondo social cooperative in southern Piedmont. Libero Mondo runs its own integrated workshops there, where the raw materials from around 30 fair trade partners overseas and local products from friendly regional cooperatives are processed. The majority of the 25 or so employees would hardly stand a chance on the "primary labor market" due to physical and other disabilities.
