Woven from pure European linen on jacquard looms, this table runner features typical early bloomers, heralding the arrival of spring on your table, even if it is perhaps not yet quite so spring-like outside. The flowers and leaves are a delicate green and contrast subtly with the natural-colored background. Due to the jacquard weave, the pattern on the reverse has a contrasting color scheme. Overall, the linen is loosely woven, giving it a more vibrant surface. The selvedges on the long sides are another special feature. They are created when the loom is set up specifically for the respective width of the woven fabric and the weft thread is not simply cut off, but continues endlessly. This means that only the upper and lower cut edges need to be hemmed. As usual, Lapuan Kankurit only uses linen yarn made from the best European long-fiber flax - with the Masters of Linen® seal.
