But it can also influence the entire body and trigger or intensify diseases.
Comprehensive care of the oral cavity is therefore not only important, but also necessary for general well-being and should definitely include the tongue. Bad breath, for example, can also be reduced by daily tongue care. It is advisable to remove the coatings on the tongue, especially in the morning, preferably before taking the first sip of coffee and brushing the teeth. To do this, gently stroke the tongue several times with the tongue cleaner and then rinse the cleaner with hot water.
