General Information
Bee diligence
Collecting sunflower nectar is hard work for the bee colonies, as the sunflowers bloom quite late, at a time when the bees are already preparing for fall and winter. This sunflower honey comes from the Trappists of the Sainte-Marie-du-desert Abbey in Levignac in western France. It is a very creamy honey with a strong taste and bright yellow color.
