All good things come in threes! With this starter set of hose fittings, you’ll have everything you need to connect your garden hose to the water supply on one end and to one of your watering tools on the other. The faucet connector with a ¾" female thread is accompanied by two hose couplers, suitable for a ½" garden hose. The hose couplers are designed differently: one comes without a water-stop function, and the other with one. You can tell which one has the water-stop function because you can’t see through it. It makes it easier to switch out watering tools (since you don’t have to walk over to the faucet to turn off the water) and also allows you to connect watering tools that don’t have a built-in water-stop function.
