This fine slicer divides not only truffles, but also Parmesan and other hard cheeses, mushrooms and vegetables (or even chocolate) precisely into wafer-thin slices. Unlike its peers, it is made entirely of stainless steel; the thumb rest on the handle is embossed.

Stainless steel, adjusting screw chromed. Blade hardened and sharpened, infinitely variable from "paper thickness" up to 2 mm. Length 19 cm, width 8.5 cm. Weight 130 g.
This fine slicer is not only very precise for truffles - but also for cutting Parmesan and other hard cheese, mushrooms and vegetables (or even chocolate) into ultra-thin slices. Unlike many other tools of this kind, it consists entirely of stainless steel with a ribbed thumb-rest on the handle. Made in Italy.
