This brass fitting is the more robust and weatherproof alternative to the normal hose coupling systems made of plastic. It is compatible with its plastic relatives though and is suitable for ½-inch garden hoses.
Sprayers.
This spray attachment comes with its own connector and can be connected directly to a hose fitted with conventional proprietary and generic plastic connectors.

With this solid brass spray nozzle, the strength of the water jet is continuously variable, simply by turning the nozzle head. Sensibly, it is connected to a hose connector with a water stop.
