Shipping and Delivery
For each order up to an order value of DKK 599, we charge a shipping fee of DKK 48. From an order value of more than 599 DKK, the shipping costs are waived completely.
If we deliver your order in several parts for technical reasons, we will of course only charge the shipping costs once.
For items that cannot be sent as a standard parcel due to their dimensions (bulky items), DHL charges a service surcharge, which we pass on to you. The surcharge of 160 DKK for movable goods must be paid as soon as at least one item of movable goods is included in the order. If you return all items with a bulky goods surcharge, we will refund you the surcharge.
For custom-made items or orders of items not listed in the catalogue, we offer you the individual shipping costs.
