Deep and soft and cuddly: the sheepskin SKIEP comes in two different colors, fits ideally on the FIELDCHAIR and can also be used on other seating furniture. A leather loop is used to attach the fur to a chair, roll it up and use it as a cushion when rolled up, or even to hang it on the wall.

Floris Schoonderbeek and Dick van Hoff founded the label WELTEVREE® in 2007 in Arnhem, the Netherlands. The two designers transfer original and, at the same time, wonderfully simple ideas into excellent craftsmanship. They cooperate closely with experienced producers and suppliers and have authentic products created in their workshops that show one thing outright: Their design derives directly from life – not from an image on a computer screen. The functionality of WELTEVREE®’s products is evident at first sight. One doesn’t need to be a design expert to imagine how nice it is to cook outdoors, relax in a wood-heated bath anywhere or roll a bench effortlessly from one place to another. WELTEVREE® is modern and innovative, yet at the same time ironic and totally unimpressed by current design trends. The label combines unorthodox design solutions with traditional craftsmanship and solid materials. The manufacturers understand functionality and quality as the basis for feeling comfortable, after all. Besides, the old Dutch word “weltevree”, indeed, means “very satisfied”.
