Rosemary honey

Rosemary honey
- From the rosemary fields in the south of France
- Mild taste with a slightly balsamic aroma
- From an experienced family beekeeping business
General Information
Sweet sea dew in a jar. Rosemary honey
Rosemary honey is a specialty of the Mediterranean region, because only there are sufficient rosemary stocks available to produce its own variety of honey. The taste of rosemary honey is fragrant and slightly balsamic, but, as is always the case with honey, not as intense as the herb or flower itself. The name rosemary means sea dew and refers to its natural occurrence on the coast. Our rosemary honey comes from the Bompard family apiary in the south of France.
