Architect Anders Nørgaard based his design and production on the Nordic woodturning craft of the 1950s. The waisted, slender silhouette stylizes a rose about to bloom and gives the candle holder its impressive presence. At a height of 29 cm, an iron weight embedded in the base ensures that it stands securely.
