Risography is one of the most energy-saving printing processes available. Similar to the screen printing process, master foils are produced from hemp fibers, which are then mounted on a drum and penetrated by the rice bran-based ink. Each card is unique: varying ink application and a slight offset are just as much a part of the printed image as the possible slight color abrasion.
