Riso Birthday Calendar

Never forget a birthday or anniversary again—this calendar makes it easy in a very stylish way. Thirteen graphic risograph art prints in 15 special colors accompany birthday celebrants throughout the year—and year after year, since the calendar includes dates but no days of the week, making it reusable. Risography is one of the most energy-saving printing processes available. Similar to the screen printing process, master foils are produced from hemp fibers, which are then mounted on a drum and penetrated by the rice bran-based ink. Each card is unique: varying ink application and a slight offset are just as much a part of the printed image as the possible slight color abrasion.
