Riess make these iron (0.7 mm thick) cake-tins for us in Austria, with a 0.3 mm enamel coating. They're made in one piece – good for baking, and long-lasting. They're also cut- and scratch-free.

These moulded dishes are made of iron (0.7 mm thick) and carefully enamelled (to a thickness of 0.3 mm) both inside and out. The seamless mould makes for better baking results. They also last longer and are more resistant to cuts and scratches. From Austria.
