The highly aromatic jams and fruit spreads in our range not only contain large chunks of their respective base ingredient, we also think highly of them. Our producers based in Austria and Italy make no compromises when it comes to quality. They only use fully ripe fruit from their own cultivation or from the region, process it fresh on the day or freeze it immediately after harvesting and use it to make their products in small batches, sometimes only on demand.

The Wieser family business follows the Wachau tradition of boiling down fruit spreads (fruit content 66%) that taste like homemade in the best sense. No matter whether it is apricots (apricots) or rhubarb: Harvested fully ripe, they are boiled down with jam sugar as short as possible and not pureed - which contributes significantly to the fresh fruit taste.
