Returns
If you do not like one or more items from your order or they do not fit, you can return them to us free of charge within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Please fill out the return slip enclosed with your order and let us know your reasons for returning the items. Enclose the slip with your return shipment.
If you no longer have a return slip, you can find it in your account. To do this, log in to your account and go to the “Orders” section. Click on “Show orders” and select the desired order. Here you will find the return slip and your return label as a PDF file.
Your package must have a return label so that you can return it free of charge.
Please download the return label from your customer account and print it out. If you want to print the return label from another device, you can also have the return label sent to the email address stored in your customer account.
Please affix the return label to your package.
You can drop off your return at a Post Danmark collection point.
Please note that items can only be returned undamaged, complete, and in their original packaging.

Yes, you can return items to us free of charge within 14 days of receipt of the goods if they do not fit or you do not like them within the scope of the statutory right of cancellation.
Yes, this is possible. When returning an item, you can indicate your exchange request on the return slip enclosed with your order. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Service.
If an item is defective or damaged, we very much regret this. In such a case, please contact our Customer Service directly, stating the item and order number, preferably by e-mail, and send a photo of the damaged goods.
You can download the return label from your account and print it yourself. If you want to print the return label from another device, you can also have it sent to the email address stored in your customer account.

After receipt and processing of your returned items, refunds will be made within 14 days for credit cards and PayPal using the same method you used to pay. If you pay by invoice, the invoice amount will be reduced by the amount of the returned items. If you have already paid your invoice or paid your order by direct debit or prepayment, please contact our Customer Service, stating your bank details.
