One of the material properties of glass is that it can break. If this happens to you with the chalice of your rain gauge - in other words, if this chalice (does not) pass you by - we offer a replacement at this point. The funnel-shaped glass goblet as it is made for our rain gauge: mouth-blown on the glassmaker's pipe and with the corresponding markings (like the original). Please note: Small deviations in the dimensions, in the thickness of the glass or occasional air bubbles are a sign of quality craftsmanship (and do not constitute a defect).
