Quince Nectar: a Traditional Blend.
This quince nectar consists 70% of juice taken almost exclusively from the highly aromatic Constantinople apple-quince, and about 10% from the Portuguese pear-quince. The quince trees are up to 60 years old and grow in orchards from the Rhine area – which has a tradition of successful quince cultivation – and from Westphalia. The trees' maturity means that they can put all their strength into the fruit – the result is an intense, highly aromatic flavour. Try our quince nectar with mineral water for a refreshing cool fruit spritzer.
Fruit juices from the Lower Rhine
Founded in 1917 as the Rheinische Apfelkrautfabrik, Kelterei van Nahmen has been pressing fruit juices since 1934 - in the best artisan tradition. The fruit used for mashing still comes from the region today.
