The PROBAKER was developed in collaboration with the Norwegian Bakers' and Confectioners' Guild. Based on the system of industrial machines where the bowl and hook rotate simultaneously, the machine delivers optimum kneading performance. The powerful motor with a maximum output of 700 watts ensures efficient power transmission and a wide speed range. With 20 individual speed settings, PROBAKER covers every work step: from slow mixing of flour to fast kneading of heavier doughs. The integrated timer has both a countdown and a stopwatch function and enables precise processing times. A low center of gravity thanks to the appropriate positioning of the motor and gearbox ensures smooth running and stability, even for difficult tasks. Thanks to its size, the 7-litre bowl makes it possible to knead up to 5 kilograms of dough, while its decentralized placement makes it easy to add ingredients while kneading.
