There are cheaper (and appropriately built) and more expensive (and not necessarily functionally better) potato racks than this simple, but cleanly and durably built example: The pine slats (15 mm thick) are not left rough, but planed smooth; neat stainless steel screws ensure cohesion. The bottom including drawer is hung at an angle, so that the potatoes can be easily removed.
