Stoning and dividing.
By arranging the stainless steel cutting edges, the plum is pitted in one operation and at the same time cut "ready for the cake" (cut half on three sides and all the way through on one side).
Stone and divide!
The stainless steel cutters have been arranged so that they stone the fruit (e.g. plums) and cut it in two ready for cooking in one motion.
