Our tried and tested Piedmont hazelnuts of the 'Tonda Gentile delle Langhe' variety come here as they are harvested when fully ripe: in shell and therefore unroasted. We source them from Corilanga, an agricultural cooperative with around 40 hazelnut farmers. Their farms are located in the Langhe and Roero, two cultural landscapes in which the Piedmont hazelnut is traditionally cultivated. You can simply crack the natural hazelnuts and enjoy them on their own or use them for all kinds of cooking and baking purposes. And of course you can also roast the hazelnuts fresh in the oven yourself.
