Two laminated strips of birch wood of different lengths support 96 laboratory glasses. The pendant luminaire that is created, with an ironic and matter-of-fact reference to a chandelier, effectively and beautifully illuminates a room with the light refracted in the glasses. In addition, the glasses can be removed and filled with different contents, adding design dimensions to the lamp. The luminaire hangs by a steel wire from a ceramic ceiling rose.
