Simple, delicious and organic too
Sometimes things have to be quick in the kitchen, but at the same time they have to taste good and preferably be organic. This risotto meets all three requirements. It is based on Arborio rice, a medium-grain Superfino rice named after the Piedmontese town of the same name, which is particularly suitable for making risotto. Porcini mushrooms with their rich aroma provide the unmistakable nutty taste. They are carefully harvested from the wild, as these coveted mushrooms still cannot be grown commercially - which makes porcini mushrooms one of those culinary treasures that are not seemingly unlimited and available everywhere. Tomatoes, zucchinis, basil and garlic round off the risotto. It is very easy to prepare: sauté the contents of the packet in a pan with a little oil, then deglaze everything (with a little white wine or stock) and gradually add hot stock while the risotto cooks over a low heat, stirring constantly. Your porcini risotto is ready to eat.
