The ingredients are produced by small farms in the West Bank, and the special production process allows the aromas to develop and combine to create a unique taste experience. The oil goes perfectly with summer salads and enhances Mediterranean dishes. For this oil, WeltPartner works with Canaan Fair Trade, an organization that supports disadvantaged Palestinian communities. More than 2,000 small farms are able to maintain their livelihoods and culture thanks to this work. Canaan Fair Trade not only ensures fair prices along the entire value chain, but also maintains regenerative ecosystems and builds up humus to store CO₂.
