At the heart of this delicacy are fine, roasted almonds from Canaan Fair Trade in Palestine, covered in melt-in-the-mouth chocolate from small farming families in Latin America. The whole thing is finished off on the outside with fine cocoa powder. Canaan Fair Trade supports disadvantaged Palestinian communities. More than 2,000 smallholder farms are able to maintain their livelihoods and culture thanks to this work. Canaan Fair Trade not only ensures fair prices along the entire value chain, but also cultivates regenerative ecosystems and builds humus to store CO₂.
