Order
At Manufactum you can place your order either online, by e-mail or by phone. For an online order, add the desired item to your shopping cart and then proceed to checkout. After you have logged in or registered with us, you can enter your personal data and select a payment method. Alternatively, you can also use the direct order form for an online order. For this you need the respective article number of an item.
Yes, as soon as we receive your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
If you have not received an order confirmation, please check your spam folder or other personal email inboxes. You may have accidentally entered a different email address. If you do not find an order confirmation there either, please contact our customer service. Alternatively, you can view your orders already placed in your account in the "Your orders" section.
If you wish to modify or cancel an order you have already placed, please contact our customer service by phone. Please understand that orders that have already been passed to our logistics for processing can no longer be modified or cancelled.
Yes, the minimum order value is 399 DKK.
Yes, this is possible. If you want to place a special order, for example because you are interested in a product in a different color or size, please contact our customer service for this.
Some items are marked "Currently not available". These articles are not available at this time - and therefore not orderable. However, the articles belong to our current assortment and can be ordered again after the next delivery.
You can find the item number in the product information on the respective page of the item in the online store.
You will receive your invoice with your delivery and/or by e-mail. You can also view and download the invoice at any time in your account. To do this, log in to our online store and go to the "Your orders" section. Click on "View orders" and select the desired order. Your invoice is stored here as a PDF.
