Panier des Sens is celebrating its 25th anniversary with the olive edition. It is no coincidence that this is a Marseille soap, as the Provençal manufacturer is referencing both its own origins and the craftsmanship of the Marseille soap makers. Traditionally, the olive soap is gently boiled in a cauldron with the addition of various vegetable oils. This preserves the lipid-replenishing glycerine and the valuable ingredients of the added olive oil. The soap is rich in antioxidants and essential fatty acids, which help to maintain the skin's hydrolipidic film and reduce the feeling of dryness. Four times milled, the pure vegetable soap produces a fine, creamy lather that gently cleanses. The olive oil gives the soap its greenish color and the fresh, aldhydric (slightly pungent, clear) notes in the unmistakable, original fragrance.

The soap comes in an extra-large 250 gram bar. Panier des Sens has also brought out liquid soap in the limited anniversary edition, which you can also find in our range, either in a glass pump dispenser with the same design as the bar soap or as a refill for your existing pump dispenser.

Panier des Sens created their first perfumes in Sault, a small village in the Vaucluse region, surrounded by lush lavender fields – some claim they are the most beautiful in Provence. The Mediterranean Sea, landscape, and flora contribute to the family-owned company’s inspiration for creating fragrances. The scents are fresh creations of uncomplicated and light character, made from natural extracts and essential oils sourced from the region. The formulations come from Perfumers in Grasse, and Panier des Sens produces its scents in the tradition-steeped town near the French Riviera according to the classical artistry of perfumery.
