This solid knife is made at Herder in Solingen and is just as useful for hunting mushrooms in the forest as it is for harvesting in your own garden. The hardened, stainless steel blade in the tried and tested beak shape cuts the mushrooms cleanly, while the brush at the end of the handle cleans the crop of crumbs and creepy-crawlies.
