Twine double pilot is an unusually strong, almost indestructible fabric with a smooth, slightly shiny surface, from which in the past almost only work and protective clothing was made. In the same tradition are these trousers, whose pocket openings are reinforced with leather trimmings to match the pithy material - similar to classic guild clothing. The legs are cut rather narrow. The trousers are equipped with two side pockets and two back pockets. It is closed by means of zipper and two buttons.

For Hannes Roether from Munich in his collections, two things are essential. First off, the obvious: straightforward designs for a minimalist, uncomplicated style. Inspiration derived from traditional workwear garments gets him to reinterpret authentic patterns in a contemporary way. The second aspect is the material. Roether sets great store by natural materials. The result: timeless everyday garments, functional, durable, and casual, but never scruffy.

The garment may rub off onto light-coloured materials such as other garments, furniture and upholstery fabrics.
