"Tapered" describes a pant style that is cut slightly wider at the hips and thighs but tapers toward the ankles. Armedangels manufactures these chinos in the tapered style. Their substantial fabric is 97% cotton, with 77% sourced from certified organic cultivation and 20% from recycled materials. Three percent spandex enhances comfort and helps the pants retain their shape. The pants fasten with a metal zipper, a hook, and an inner button. They feature two side pockets, two back pockets, and a coin pocket with a buttoned flap.

Designing fashion differently (and better), conserving resources instead of exploiting them and creating designs that complement the wardrobe in the long term - that was the plan of Martin Höfeler and Anton Jurina, the founders of the Cologne-based label Armedangels.
