The knit fabric for these button placket shirts, known as Henley shirts, is made on old knitting machines. The attached button placket is reinforced with striped jacquard ribbons. A narrow collar with a chained outer edge made of fine rib ensures a good finish at the neck, while the sleeves are finished with flat ribbed cuffs. The neck area is quilted with a cotton trim.
