Summery shorts with a terry cloth fabric made from pure, skin-friendly cotton. Terry towelling is made from fancy yarns, multiple twisted yarns that already have the typical loops of the fabric - this is where the lively, non-slip surface comes from. This type of fabric is not only voluminous and soft, it is also breathable and pleasantly air-conditioning. Armor lux produces these fastening-free shorts with an elasticated waistband and contrasting drawstring, which ensures a comfortable and snug fit at all times. Seam pockets and a patch back pocket can hold small items for everyday use. The cotton used comes from certified organic farming.

“Armor” is the Breton word for “sea,” and “lux” can surely only refer to the light on the coast. To this day, many of the garments produced by Armor lux retain a maritime character—sweaters and shirts, dresses, pants, hats, beanies, and scarves. Founded in Quimper in the late 1930s by a Swiss man, the company combines simple, comfortable cuts and classic colors with high-quality materials and craftsmanship.
