Tapered describes a pant shape that is cut slightly wider at the hips and thighs, while tightening towards the ankles. Armedangels makes these chinos in a tapered style. Their quite weighty fabric is 97% cotton, with 77% certified organic and 20% recycled. Three percent elastane enhances comfort and shape retention. The pants close with a metal zipper, pants hook and inside button. It is equipped with two side pockets, two back pockets and one coin pocket with buttoned flap.

Designing fashion differently (and better), conserving resources instead of exploiting them and creating designs that complement the wardrobe in the long term - that was the plan of Martin Höfeler and Anton Jurina, the founders of the Cologne-based label Armedangels. Or to quote CEO Höfeler: "I actually just wanted to prove that it is possible to build a company that is profit-oriented and at the same time promotes good causes." And what began in 2007 with a simple white T-shirt has long since become a successful fair fashion label. Armedangels combines ecological materials, transparent supply chains, durable design and fair working conditions. This fairness is regularly checked by several independent organizations. Armedangels has been awarded the Fair Trade and GOTS seals. The label is also part of the Fair Wear Foundation.
