To this day, the Rampal sintery has stuck to its traditional methods: it adds 3% lavender to lavender soap instead of just 1%, grinds the soap six times instead of just three times for the solid soaps and offers a liquid soap that contains twice as many active ingredients as elsewhere. The finished blocks are pressed more firmly than those of many other suppliers. They are processed - largely by hand - on historical machines, on which the soaps are pressed in brass molds that are over 40 years old. This unscented olive oil soap comes to you as a heavy, hand-cut block in a wooden box. Using the enclosed cutting wire, you can portion the soap as you wish as hand, shower or bath soap.

Marseille soap owes its legendary reputation to the vegetable raw materials from the rich local olive culture combined with the coconut and palm oils from overseas landing in the port of Marseille and the lush herbal flora of Provence. Since 1828, the Rampal family business, with an oil content of 72%, has been producing soap according to an unchanged recipe: cooked in copper kettles, the soap mass is ground six times into the finest flakes and pressed into compact pieces. The soaps are made without artificial colors and fragrances.
