This lightweight wind parka is not only well thought-out in terms of material, it also comes up with many functional details. The wind- and water-repellent, at the same time breathable fabric is made of recycled polyamide. The parka closes with a two-way zipper, over which is a buttoned, wind-resistant panel. Elasticated cuffs provide good closure there as well. Push buttons are also inserted at the sides, which - for example, on the bike - can increase freedom of movement. At waist level and in the hood, drawstrings with cords are incorporated for width adjustment. Metal eyelets under the armpits provide ventilation. Two side pockets with buttoned flaps and an inside pocket with plastic zipper accommodate small items of daily use. Last but not least, the parka comes with a practical carrying bag, thanks to which it is easy to take with you and makes itself small in your luggage.

Fair fashion from China? It's possible! Miranda Chen and Philipp Langer prove it with their fair and resource-conscious fashion "made in China" - timeless, functional and durable. Back in 2009, the two founded the textile manufacturer Jiecco not far from Shanghai, where all of their collections are produced today. Their passion for fashion and expertise in fabric development laid the foundation for the fashion label LangerChen, which was launched five years later.

Since its foundation, the GOTS-certified manufacturer Jiecco has specialized in the production of eco-fair fashion. Good working conditions, a pleasant working environment and living wages are the top priorities here. When choosing materials, LangerChen relies on cotton and linen from controlled organic cultivation, virgin wool from controlled organic animal husbandry, Lyocell (TENCEL™) and fibers made from recycled plastic. Almost all of the fabrics used for the collections are developed in-house. Every step of the process, from processing the yarns to the final product, takes place directly on site with short distances.
