This is the name given to the hair of young animals from the first shearing, but also to the hair of adult alpacas when its fiber fineness is between 20.1 and 23 microns. Alpaca hair is hollow on the inside and can therefore store body heat at low temperatures, while at higher temperatures the heat is released to the outside. The fine hair also contains hardly any lanolin, making it particularly allergy-friendly. The gilet is finished with dropped shoulders and a rib-knit cuff at the hem. The downy soft, lightweight knit has a beautiful melange shade. Iridescent mother-of-pearl buttons round off the design. The vest is perfect for layering in the transitional season and can be combined in a variety of ways thanks to its purist design - whether classically with a plain or patterned blouse or casually with a T-shirt or long sleeve shirt.
