Flowing dress that is particularly airy due to the choice of material. Lanius makes it from silky lyocell that is cool against the skin, combined with durable linen that is also cool. The fabric displays a striking structure and a delicate sheen, and has a slightly grainy feel. The summery dress has a V-neck and two pockets set into the side seam. It has a pleasantly casual cut, but can be tailored with the tie belt made of outer fabric. Shaping darts on the sides at the front ensure a good fit. Longitudinal dividing seams in the center front and back and slim the silhouette.

The work of fashion label Lanius is influenced by three factors: first, a style characterised by sophisticated designs and forms, secondly the use of certified raw materials and thirdly the guarantee that all garments have been produced under fair working conditions. Depending on the garment, one factor may get centre stage, but the other factors don’t move out of the focus – however, importance is always attached to outstanding quality both in terms of materials and finish. The label was founded in 1999 by Claudia Lanius, who works on all her ideas and designs in her Cologne studio; she has them developed by her team and then assembled by producers in several countries.
