Kitchen all-purpose scissors

Kitchen all-purpose scissors
- Extremely durable: forged from special stainless steel
- Strong: ice-hardened, very fine-toothed scissor blade
- Precisely sharp: "singing," silky-smooth scissor action
General Information
More than just a pair of scissors
The "Original Kitchen Aid" was developed and patented in the 1930s by the traditional Solingen forge Zwilling J. A. Henckels. Forged entirely from special stainless steel and ice-hardened, the scissors have a silky smooth action despite their unusual strength - the blade thickness is 3.5 mm - and their solid body, and "sing" with that fine, clean sound that can be heard even by the untrained ear, which sets every good pair of scissors apart from their rattling cheap relatives. With their very finely toothed blades, the scissors "grip" the material to be cut immediately, and the scissor action can be adjusted using a steel screw.
Care tips
Only use your scissors to cut the material they are made for. To ensure that they retain their precision, they need to be lightly greased now and again during use: It is sufficient to briefly run the ball of your hand over the blades. If you have your scissors sharpened from time to time, they will last almost indefinitely without losing their functionality.
