- From Arita, the traditional Japanese porcelain city
- Long-lasting: sturdy material, timeless design
General Information
Arita Porcelain.
In Japan, Arita is the city known for porcelain manufacturing. Today, of the many workshops in the town that have once been busy producing Japanese porcelain, around 150 are still a going firm. They are small companies, with few employees, cultivating old traditions. They keep manufacturing techniques alive you’ll rarely find practised elsewhere. Quite unpretentiously, our teapots and cups bear testimony to this tradition in a humble way.
