The blade of the Japanese carbon steel pruning saw is conically ground and its cross-section is optimized for a clean cut. It therefore does not jam, and the set, individually hardened teeth glide through the branch without resistance. With its low weight, the saw also allows controlled, especially low-fatigue work.

Carbon steel blade, handle made of beech. Blade length 27 cm, total length 43 cm. Weight 130 g. Comes with a holster made of beech with a leather loop.
It cuts as smoothly as a knife, leaving behind a clean surface , which makes it more difficult for pests to penetrate the wood. The carbon steel blade is conically ground, not tilted, and its cross section is optimized to produce a clean cut. Its minimal weight also makes the saw easy to control and non-tiring to work with.
