This decorative box conceals three chocolates without alcohol, where the name says it all. The artful dark jungle chocolate cups contain surprising and amazingly delicious creations: Firstly, there is the saffron cisco variety, in which a white chocolate cream is refined with fresh saffron and apricots. Then there is Sherlocks Grey. Here, white chocolate cream meets Earl Grey tea and yuzu lemon caramel. The third variant combines sunflower seed nougat and quince jelly.

Erfurt's Krämerbrücke is a place where trade and crafts have flourished for centuries. Goldhelm Schokoladenmanufaktur was also born in this inspiring environment, even if production has now moved from the confines of the historic landmark to the spacious premises of a converted farmhouse. The creative mind behind Goldhelm is chocolatier Alex Kühn. Kühn produces chocolate specialties whose production is literally in his hands from bean to bar, as all chocolates are made by hand. The Grand Cru cocoa beans come from the Mateo Pumacahaua cooperative in Peru. It is Criollo cocoa that is harvested and fermented by small family farms in the Peruvian jungle. Kühn uses it to make chocolate bars in irregular, purist shapes: simply as they were spread on the marble slab by the chocolatier. They are complemented by classic square ganache chocolates with a sumptuous praline filling. All Goldhelm chocolates contain only what is necessary for the best possible enjoyment.
