Pergamin is a paper made from pure cellulose. It is a variety of parchment paper and like it is remotely similar to real parchment. This one is a high purity, naturalbraunes parchment made from unbleached cellulose - completely free of chemical additives. It is breathable, heat resistant (up to about 200 °C), greaseproof, tasteless, and it absorbs condensation. So: most versatile to use as a cling film, in the refrigerator, as baking paper (here, however, greased), as sandwich paper and in general as an environmentally friendly and aesthetic replacement for plastic and aluminum foils.
